What is the utility of the framework?
The S2CENE Framework introduces the concept of the Second Chance Schools in Europe.
The current report will offer outline of historical and current developments in the field of Second Chance Education on European level; highlight key perspectives of stakeholders in the field; good practices and methods and a framework with policy recommendations for future development of the Second Chance Education Field.
The Framework will offer a concise overview of the main characteristics of a second chance school and recommendations how to set-up a quality second chance school in European context.
